At our Hotel Panorama in Lech you and your loved ones are all set for a heavenly winter holiday. Here, you find all valuable information about a stay with us, from A for Arrival to V for Vita Panorama wellness area.
Arrival & Departure
The rooms are available for you after 3 p.m. On departure day we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 a.m.
Billing of third-party services
We take the liberty to charge a 2% surcharge for third-party services, which are booked outside of your arrangement (e.g. skischool, babysitter, transfers, etc.), but you wish to settle through your hotel bill.
Please understand that we do not pass on your credit card details to third parties.

Single room
Depending on the season, you can also book some of our double rooms for single use. The prices are available upon request.
E-Charging station for your electric car
Our e-charging station is located in our underground garage. The key for charging is available at the reception. We charge a flat rate of EUR 29.00 per load.
Halfboard, dinner & recommendations
At our hotel we do not offer half board but overnight stay including breakfast and daily late afternoon snack. This gives you the highest degree of flexibility without fixed dinner schedules.
If you need advice on where to eat in Lech and surroundings, we are happy to recommend you a few great restaurants.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC card, Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
Rates for children and extra guests
The prices or discounts are per person and night and apply for children/teenagers/extra guests sharing the room with 2 full paying adults.

Prices are per person and day including breakfast and all Panorama inclusive services.
The local tax per person per day is currently €5,09 and is not included in the price.
The local tax valid at the time of your stay applies.
Children under 14 years are exempt.
For short term stay for 3 nights or less, we charge an 18.00 euro supplement per person and night.

Smoking
We hope you understand that our hotel is a non-smoking hotel; smoking is neither permitted in the rooms nor in other areas of the hotel.
Travel and cancellation insurance
No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off. To avoid unnecessary expenses in case of cancellation and mountains helicopter rescue we recommend protecting yourself with the Hotelstorno Plus Insurance.

Reservations
To finalise your booking, please transfer a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price. The written booking confirmation sent by us is only valid upon receipt of your deposit payment.

Our wellness area is daily open from 3.30 to 8.00 p.m. and accessible for our guests above 12 years.
Vita Panorama is extremely cozy - just right for relaxing after long days of skiing.
