Safety and hygiene measures

Your safety is very important to us! We have taken comprehensive safety and hygiene measures to ensure that your holiday is as carefree as possible:

  • Our employees have been extensively trained in matters of safety and hygiene and wear mouth and nose protection or a face visor. They are also tested for Covid-19 on a weekly basis.
  • In the large common areas in the hotel, you can enjoy plenty of space to comply with the distance regulations.
  • Even in our spacious wellness oasis, the safety distance of one metre can be maintained without any issues. We kindly ask you to observe the particular safety and hygiene measures of the sauna area.
  • Our common areas are equipped with air purification systems from Air Tech Swiss. These purifiers clean the air and free it from viruses and germs through natural ionisation.
  • Cleanliness is paramount to us: Our trained cleaning specialists ensure that thorough cleaning and disinfection is carried out on all surfaces.
  • You will find hygiene stations in all common areas.
  • The concept of personal responsibility is particularly important: We strongly encourage you to observe hygiene and distance rules in relation to other guests and staff and to wash and disinfect your hands regularly.

Our cancellation conditions

As usual, we continue to comply with the cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel regulations: Cancellation is free of charge up to three months before the start of the trip. For cancellations up to one month before the start of the trip, we charge 40% of the total booked amount, for cancellations up to one week before the start of the trip, 70% of the total booked amount, and for cancellations within the last seven days before the planned start of the trip, 90% of the total booked amount. In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge the full (100%) of the total booked amount.

There are no cancellation fees in the event of an official closure, a lockdown, or the closure of the borders to or from your home country. If the hotel and/or town is quarantined, we also do not charge any cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees will only be charged if our hotel is open and accessible or if the guest is allowed to travel but decides against it and cancels anyway (e.g. for fear of possible infection). Even if there is a travel warning for the destination country, cancellation fees will be charged for individual trips (direct booking at the hotel or via an online platform).

Our tip: Europäische Reiseversicherung

As they say, anticipation is half the fun – and this is of course also true when travelling. But especially in times like these, something can get in the way of your dream holiday at short notice. To avoid unnecessary additional costs and hassle, we recommend taking out the Europäische Reiseversicherung (European travel insurance), which offers comprehensive cancellation coverage and many other advantages.
