A family-run hotel in Austria since 1970
It all began with a small guesthouse: Edeltraud and Volker Grabher opened it in Lech am Arlberg in 1970. Since 2003, we – Heike and Günther – have been running the hotel together with our team as the second generation of the family – with the same enthusiasm with which Günther’s parents first set out.
What has remained the same over the years is our way of being hosts: personal, attentive, and honest. We’re here whenever you need anything, are happy to take the time for a chat, and are keen to share our personal tips with you – from finding the right room to our favourite restaurant and the special spots in Lech.
The guesthouse became our current hotel
In 1986, a major refurbishment took place, followed later by the addition of the underground car park and the Vita Panorama wellness area. In the summer of 2014, we renovated the rooms, the kitchen, and the dining room. And the next phase is currently under construction, we’re very happy about that: a new lobby with a modern reception area, a bar with a fireplace, and an extension housing a spacious apartment.

After more than fifty years, we know what our guests really need: a good breakfast, a cosy home, and someone who knows their stuff. Everything else is up to you. We’d be happy to recommend the best places to eat in the evening. You can then decide for yourself. And whatever can be organised in advance, we’ve taken care of it. So that you don’t have to do a thing, apart from enjoying your holiday.
